Well, at least I was able to bring back a large part of my wardrobe. Now itâs going to be less intense because I have to modify the announcements (especially the photos), so weâll take it easy for a while.

Following my account restriction, Vinted is advising me to do something that is forbidden in their T&Cs. Truly masterful

But wait, how did they find out? You reused the same photos for your ads? I guess not, you seem to know how it works and the risks

Iâm not sure exactly what happened, but basically I did a batch of republications, an announcement was put in draft so I finished the draft but apparently the announcement had still been published.

Okay, this time itâs my turn to complain a little. I must be going through a « dry spell. »
One return - but thatâs fine. Everything was done properly.
2 Vinted Go packages that havenât moved since March 8th - and Vinted wonât do anything for 25 days

A package that has been in a Mondial Relay locker for 20 days. Not only does the buyer not care at all (he types his messages like he talks and doesnât seem sober first thing in the morning) but Mondial Relay didnât respect the 5-day deposit period (even though they nag us about it). Complaint = « Donât worry, your package is ready to be picked up by your recipient. » And on top of that, theyâre mocking me 
And two other packages, same thing, the buyers arenât picking them up, even though one had until yesterday and the other is today (polite automatic reminder after 3 days). No response other than that annoying « seen »!
There can be damage, and I can handle that, but this accumulation is quite a pain!

Tell me Lucile, I have 800 hidden listings to delete. How do you advise I proceed with clemz? Should I do it in waves or can I launch a mass deletion quickly?
Another thing, regarding downloading the CSV on the clemz site for the listing list, can you not sort only active listings? Or does it necessarily export everything?

Since they are already hidden⊠You can try to do everything at once, but by putting a 20-second spacing between each. I advise you to do this on a computer and if your connection is good.
Regarding downloading ads in CSV, you can select filters (status on save and/or status on Vinted) and the export will correspond to the filtered items. If this is not the case, send us an email at bonjour@clemz.app
