Vinted has taken it upon itself to change the shipping methods on my account without any information or warning. I noticed in December that I wasn’t selling anymore. A buyer told me that my only option was UPS at home and that it was too expensive, which is understandable. I went into my settings and it was impossible to choose; I only had Chronopost left. I never use it because the drop-off point is too far and only open when it suits them. I have always used Mondial Relay and Colissimo, and I can no longer do so. I have sent dozens of emails to Vinted and have never received a valid or coherent response. With the fees, which I find quite high, I think Vinted is completely disregarding sellers.
