Issue with delivery providers

Hello,

For 2 days now, I’ve already had 2 clients report that Mondial Relay is missing from their delivery options, or another yesterday who was only offered Chronopost.

Yesterday, I was able to solve the problem by deactivating Chrono.

And VG and MR reappeared for the client.

But today another client only has VG offered, which unfortunately cannot be deactivated to test.

I should add that all delivery options are indeed enabled.

Have you encountered this problem before?

Is it a bug?

My sales have been down for 72 hours, and I’m wondering if this might be the cause.

Hello - as I have said several times, I can no longer buy because the pickup points offered are 30/40 km from my home. (I have at least 8 in my neighborhood). I also have practically no more sales. Nothing for a week, so if many buyers are in this situation, it’s not surprising.

In any case, it doesn’t come from Mondial Relay, but indeed from Vinted, since this weekend I have had practically only orders on Ebay whose shipments are via Mondial Relay…

Hello - continuing my contact with Vinted, or rather Vinted’s AI. For the umpteenth time, I’ve pointed out that I can’t buy anything on Vinted because no nearby drop-off points are offered (I have about ten) and they keep sending me to neighboring departments.

If many buyers encounter the same problem, it’s no surprise that sales have almost ground to a halt. My result for June will be one-third less than all previous years in June. Fortunately, for me, selling on Vinted is just a hobby.

It’s because it’s never a human who answers and their AI isn’t up to par.
You have to realize that it will get worse and worse with their Bots…

I dare hope that eventually, they will decide to be a bit serious… and review their policies, especially for customer service (especially when they see their revenue collapse)

I’m in discussion with a buyer, she wants a quick shipment, so I’m asking her to use Mondial Relay as it’s simpler for me: she tells me she has… no choice other than Chronopost.. even though I have a Mondial Relay very close by, as well as a Vinted Go (and I sent packages yesterday with these 2 carriers.) There’s probably also an issue with the receiving relay point.

I don’t know who (besides @mlamiche) has already messaged Vinted, but it would be interesting to raise the issue: the more of us complain, the more likely it will be heard :flexed_biceps:t2:

Jokes aside… I had the same thing yesterday… again
A buyer told me that she couldn’t have Mondial Relay, for my listing or others… (one can imagine how many don’t communicate when they don’t have MR)
Big losses for a large number of sellers :grim

I’ve escalated the issue several times and always get the same bogus answer. So I’m giving up. What’s funny is that each time I receive a request to rate their intervention (automated).
I’ve approached Mondial Relay, who should look into the matter - maybe. I don’t encounter this problem when I buy on LBCoin, contrary to what Vinted tells me, which is that it depends on the provider.
I’ll keep you posted if I get an answer.
