For some time now, I’ve been wondering why no one chooses Mondial Relay for my sales. Well, this morning I went into my settings and discovered that only Chronopost is mandatory, and everything else is grayed out. I can’t change anything!!! So Vinted makes the choices for me without saying anything!!!
And what’s worse, in my town, there are 2 Shop2Shop Chronopost relay points: a grocery store with restricted hours (opens at 11 am, for example) and a Leclerc center with wide opening hours, plus lockers.
I regularly send and receive Chronopost Shop2Shop packages at Leclerc, but not from Vinted. It’s only at the grocery store, not at Leclerc, or else I have to drive 10 km to another town to be able to drop off packages around 9 am…
I don’t think I’m the only one affected by this kind of blockage…
I just called Chronopost, and of course, they don’t know why (the employees are like us; they aren’t told everything!).
Regarding Mondial Relay, the relay points here haven’t closed at all; they are overflowing with packages, in addition to the 2 MR lockers that have been installed. So I don’t know why this shipping option has disappeared from Vinted, other than that they must be making money with Chronopost.
For me, it was the opposite; I went to check thanks to your message: Chronopost had been « grayed out » without me asking. I corrected it. I should have realized it spontaneously, having had almost nothing to drop off at this pickup point for a week.
I also looked in my settings and like you, I have grayed-out boxes and therefore inactive carriers. However, unlike you Faune, I cannot reactivate them… What is strange is that despite these deactivated settings, buyers can still choose the carriers of their choice. An explanation?
On my end, I’m on a PC using Firefox as my browser, so I tested with Chrome, and it’s grayed out the same way for everything except Chronopost. It’s the only one I can activate or deactivate. The others are grayed out as active, meaning the circle is to the right, and I can’t do anything. I can’t deactivate them!! Regarding relay points, the list offered on Vinted isn’t complete. I was able to drop off my package this morning at the Chronopost Leclerc relay point! Thank you.
If it’s grayed out with the circle on the right, it means the options are active, but the problem is that you can’t deactivate what you want. At least for me, with Chrome, I can only activate or deactivate Chronopost; the others, Chrome or Firefox, are grayed out and I can’t do anything.
Yes, exactly. And for me, Colissimo is a hassle because the post office is only open in the morning, and I’m working. I can deactivate it, but Vinted Go is even worse. There isn’t one within 40 km of my place, and I can’t deactivate that either.
actually yes it’s not simple for me too when I order it’s directly Chronopost you have to do some manipulation to access other types of shipping and often it bugs as if by chance!
Mondial Relay, Vinted Go, and Colissimo are imposed; you cannot deactivate them. Only Chronopost can be activated or deactivated.
Vinted Go had to negotiate with UPS: the UPS logo now appears on Vinted Go lockers.
And Relais Colis… It ended a few weeks ago!
→ Relais Colis, c'est fini!
it’s still incredible to impose shipping types when for thousands of sellers there is no possibility to drop off packages except tens of kilometers from home, for example Vinted Go or Colissimo with the post office in France which limits opening hours and days or even closes many offices!!! As sellers, we are not going to drive 30 or 40 km for a package worth €3 or €5..!
same problem vidamona with vinted go which I refuse because they are always full and far away. I am sick and can hardly move.. Vinted has grayed out the other options and Chronopost and UPS remain, which are expensive for buyers. Vinted will not change anything. I have sent several letters. We have no recourse as we are abroad.
