Good news! Very few relays, few orders and strangely many problems
Never had a problem in 3 years and regular orders.
Disappointed.
Same here, the only problem I had was the last one I sent via Vinted just before they removed it. I feel like this is going to be tricky to manage, luckily it was a small sale.

good news, package with valuable items sent and received completely destroyed by the carriers who apparently do whatever they want with packages. Customer service completely unhelpful, they don’t want to admit fault, so avoid them and let them disappear from Vinted.
Good news for me, I live in the center of Paris and the drop-off points had dwindled to almost nothing.
Rare sales via Relais Colis, few drop-off points, even if the service is good overall. It won’t be a great loss despite everything (I must use Relais Colis between 2 and 4 times a year).

Although I had deactivated it for 6 months.. given all the lost packages.. the worst pickup points in my area.
It changes nothing for me. 
Hello, I agree that in 2026+, we need to file a complaint with the Directorate for Competition and Fraud Prevention. I used them and they are very competent. We need to ask Vinted to unblock the lack of shipping options. A computer manipulation costs them nothing.
I wrote to the DDRCC and sent the table for shipments, here is mine; the gray ones are closed with the application, buyers have the right to Vinted Go. I don’t have it near my place.
Good evening, I just discovered this site. I’m having shipping issues because the shipping label isn’t being created. I contacted Vinted but their response didn’t answer my questions.

Hello! I just discovered that Relais Colis is no longer available, and this topic confirms it for me! And seeing your messages and screenshots, I notice on my end that UPS is also no longer available in my list of carriers, is that the case for you too?
