This is the second parcel with the same pattern: they send the parcel to their platform closest to the recipient, the parcel is offered to the pickup point (which they refused even though my buyer went there and they were not overwhelmed), after 2 calls from each side, they decide to proceed with the buyer to change the pickup point (clearly stating that the parcel is not lost), it was supposed to be delivered on Thursday and instead she has to wait another 5 days for an investigation EXACTLY THE SAME THING AS THE PREVIOUS ONE WITH A LOSS OF €60 AND €65 TO COME FOR THIS ONE!
I have notified the FEVAD mediator.
MONDIAL RELAY, you will not have any more parcels to deliver for me!

For my part, I find Mondial Relay reliable.
It’s more Vinted go that loses packages… and sometimes reimburses me and weeks later, my package returns to the locker… ready to be resold…
You are lucky, my package worth €60 but sold for €1 was for family, so Vinted refunded €1… Now €65, I’m waiting to see the refund…
I have a feeling that with the holidays, package deliveries are going to be a real mess…
For now, it’s going surprisingly well. Less traffic than expected (many are complaining about being in difficulty even with Christmas) or have they made an effort?
I don’t think we can talk about luck. I must have sent at least 1500 packages in 2024 and my observation is that Mondial Relay and Chronopost have less than 1% problematic packages, Relais Colis has only 1 problem (and even then, it can still be resolved), Collissimo has 0 problems and Vinted Go we must be between 10 and 15%.
And yes, but this is the first time they’ve lost two in a row for me… I’m not going to try a third one!
Well, I’m out of luck, but I won’t try a third time! They explained to my buyer that the relay point refused it, insisting on trying to redeliver it to them. She went to see them and indeed they weren’t overwhelmed… She chose another relay point; they were supposed to deliver it on Thursday and, bad luck…; contrary to what they told us « THEY NO LONGER KNOW WHERE THE PACKAGE IS »… THEY NEED TO MAKE CHEAP GIFTS AT MONDIAL RELAY SO THEY ARE TAKING OUR PACKAGES! The first was for my family and especially my father who had had heart surgery but lives too far away for me to go see him before the holidays…

Ups which are rare, a problem with an Irishman it wasn’t delivered well it’s coming back
Mondial relay and Chronopost practically 0 problem, Relais colis no problem
But Vinted go is a pain! 12 packages lost just between mid-July and the end of September. This summer Vinted go had weeks and weeks of delay, all for them to get lost or come back 2 months after sending. I’m still waiting for the return of jeans that the person sent back to me on 05/11 (I don’t think I’ll ever see it again, to be honest)
For me, most Mondial Relay packages: no issues
3-4 Chronopost packages: no issues
3 Vinted Go packages: no issues

To whom did you say the fevad please at mondial relais because for me mondial sent it well but it is blocked on harnes and vinted does not want to hear anything so I reported it to legal vinted and vinted and they are trying to close my account so this platform is lamentable
Hello Sandrine, my package was inspected and they kept me waiting for a long time until the deadlines were exceeded and I was told that the package had been destroyed (value approx. €60). I filed a report with SIGNALCONSO but it required a lot of proof, knowing that I was chatting with Mondial Relay and calling them. It’s pathetic, I now prefer COLISSIMO, it’s more expensive but I’ve never had any problems and it’s faster. Good luck. Best regards, mptc
Hello, so yes, you need to report to consumer protection with tons of proof on the form because the carriers will tell you they need the Vinted request, it’s a disgrace and a scam. Also call the carrier’s headquarters and consumer protection will inform the fraud repression.
