My package coming from Italy was delivered to another Vinted user who honestly informed me.
I communicated on this subject:
The person who sold me the item, who informed both Vinted and Mondial Relay
I informed Vinted and Mondial Relay
And now they are doing absolutely nothing, just automatic responses. The package was delivered 600 km further than my address:
Vinted’s response is to wait 34 days, but I only have 48 hours to report the loss of the package once the 34 days are reached!!!.. that the Vinted seller had scanned the package but had not returned it. which is false, I am in direct contact with the person. Especially since the Vinted user who received my package can clearly see my name and address on the label.
Mondial Relay’s response: 0000000000000000000000, they are absent and do not follow up on anything.
I even informed Mondial Relay by phone and email, and they are doing absolutely nothing.
All that’s left is to be patient, have you experienced anything similar? Is there a procedure to follow? I have made several claims on both sites…

The situation is not simple
If the person had not collected it, it would have been returned to the sender, but now it’s too late… The transaction will be validated in 48 hours if you do nothing…
On your end, on Vinted, if your transaction page shows « package received », you need to click OK, then « I have a problem and I have not received my package… » (because waiting 34 days is for lost packages with tracking that isn’t updating)… You should normally (because you’re never safe from surprises with support) be reimbursed…
From there… Is the person who received your package on Vinted? If so, they list the item for sale (for a symbolic €1) and the seller can get their item back.
Second case, if you are not reimbursed, then they will list the item for sale (still for a symbolic €1) and you will buy it from them… This maneuver is to prevent you from losing everything and to allow you to benefit from Vinted’s advantageous shipping rates.
