For 3 weeks, I’ve had 4 female buyers + 1 male buyer who each bought 1 item from me. I don’t have a computer or printer, so all my packages are sent via Mondial Relay.
For these 5 packages, Vinted has made no updates or acknowledged the shipment of any of my 5 packages. On my Mondial Relay app, the pickup of the 5 packages was correctly registered. Some packages have even arrived at each buyer’s location before the shipping deadline. Upon receipt, each buyer was unable to validate the transaction or click on ‹ Everything is OK › because, in our respective Vinted messages, each transaction is considered by Vinted as an unsent package.
At each shipping deadline « passed, » Vinted cancels the transaction and refunds the buyer, even though the package has been received.
HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF this lack of parcel tracking information in Vinted???
I have written to Vinted 8 times, and they keep telling me that I still haven’t sent the 5 packages received by the 5 buyers. Vinted Customer Service is totally incompetent and acting in bad faith. I called Mondial Relay, and they told me that Vinted is a platform with a lot of computer bugs.

Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear about your situation!
Did you not have the option in the conversation to click on « the package has been sent »? Normally, when the shipping deadline is almost up, this button appears, which allows you to update and get Vinted moving a bit more.
In your case… I don’t know. The best thing to do is to keep asking Vinted to refund you and show the package tracking, which indicates it has arrived + try to ask your buyers to send a message like « everything has arrived well, I confirm the transaction »
This might get things moving…
Try sending an email; sometimes it works better by email than through Vinted’s messaging system..

Thank you for taking the time to reply to me.
I couldn’t click on « the package is well sent » because it didn’t appear in the messaging this time. Usually, it does appear and gives us a few extra days to send the package. I hoped it would appear, but no.
I even extended the shipping deadline several times. Once the deadline was extended, Vinted canceled each of the 5 transactions and gave me a negative rating of 1 star for not sending the package! This is unbelievable .
I continue to open claims with Vinted, by email and via the app. They remain stubborn and inflexible, they don’t know this scenario and tell me that I didn’t send the packages or that the label wasn’t a Vinted-generated label. However, I have neither a computer nor a printer, so the 5 labels were printed by the Mondial Relay Pickup Point which scanned the QRCode generated by Vinted in the Mondial Relay app. On the label at the top left, under my name, the Vinted name is clearly visible. So these are indeed Vinted-generated shipping labels.
I even deleted the app and re-downloaded it. It’s still the same bug.
The buyers themselves wrote to Vinted saying they had received my package (with photos to prove it) and that everything was okay. Vinted never replied to them.
I’m not asking Vinted to refund me, because I have been paid by 3 out of the 5 sellers to date (I send my IBAN and each sends me the amount of the item without the shipping costs for the received package or the commission fees).
I just want to understand where this bug comes from and have it resolved. That’s all. But it’s certain that if I’m the only one (among millions of Vinted customers) experiencing this bug of not updating the package shipping tracking, they won’t be interested in the problem.

I sometimes notice a delay in updates, but never a very long one. Well, except for packages dropped off yesterday at 8 p.m., where Vinted indeed did not register the drop-off, even though it’s noon now. To be continued.
Hello, same problem here for a few days. This morning, I dropped off 10 packages at the Mondial Relay locker and nothing is updating. One order is also blocked because of this problem…

But if it was yesterday, you still have a chance. Sometimes there’s a day or two delay on Vinted. Keep hope . These problems never happen on Le Bon Coin. Vinted is really very incompetent. Zero follow-up on complaints .

I would like to specify that I notice the delay regardless of the carrier; in this case, I made shipments with Mondial Relay, Chronopost, and VintedGo. The carriers’ tracking confirms that the packages were dropped off; only the Vinted messaging system does not update.
Personally, I would have been satisfied with delays, but here, for my 5 buyers, since the package tracking never updated, all 5 transactions were canceled, and the 5 buyers refunded. I sent my IBAN. 3 have refunded me for the item, and 2 are stalling: 1 for 2 DVDs in shrink wrap at €1 each (let’s hope they don’t become thieves for a €2 IBAN, and the other, that she doesn’t become a thief for a €4 item…
Out of the 5, I received 2 automatic negative reviews (1 star) for « non-shipment of packages » that were sent (and received by the buyers). So I left an unflattering comment!!! (Attached).

I personally messaged Vinted. They asked me to let them know when the package arrived and was collected. Unfortunately, doing this for 10 orders is a lot of work (monitoring tracking, etc…).
I’ve had this problem before, but then there was the « package sent successfully » button that I could activate. This morning, I dropped off 2 packages (one MR and one DPD), no tracking in the Vinted app even though I received the emails from the carriers. To be continued, I hope I will have the « package sent successfully » button in the messaging.
I hoped so too, but this button never appeared for my 5 transactions, and they were canceled by Vinted even though the 5 buyers did receive my 5 packages.
Yes, indeed, for a few days now, Vinted’s tracking has been slow.
I still have the case today with Colissimo: I received an email from them to inform me that the package is on its way, but no update in the conversation.
Me too, I have 2 packages that were delivered to the buyers 6 days ago but I still haven’t been paid! When I look at the transaction, it indicates that the package arrived at the pickup point, and when you click to see the tracking, it says delivered (even though we are still on Vinted!) and when I click to see the tracking on Mondial Relay, it confirms delivered… I just filed a complaint with Vinted… to be continued… I’m waiting for €34 after all!
Oh dear, Lotusd. I’m sorry for you. However, you have a chance that I didn’t have: the package tracking was at least displayed in the transaction message. So if Vinted indicated ‹ ‹ Delivered › › you should be paid. For me, all 5 transactions remained ‹ ‹ Preparing at seller’s › › until the shipping deadline, at which point Vinted canceled the transaction and refunded each buyer. I’m looking forward to seeing what Vinted will say about your case since they marked it as ‹ ‹ Delivered › ›.
