Hello,
I sent an MR this morning, tracking was updated instantly as usual.
Chronopost, Colissimo and Relais colis, on the other hand, are still slower (but I know that wasn’t your request)
No issues on my end today with tracking the packages I sent.
Hello,
Thank you for your answers!
The package finally updated this morning, after more than 48 hours of waiting. My buyer was getting impatient ![]()
Good evening, oh yes, and it’s over, worldwide. I annoyed them so much that they… and I understood without a Vinted request, they can’t do anything because I had everything damaged and so, well, they sent me back. I saw that for Vinted it’s a good provider because everyone uses Mondial, so it gets overloaded. I explained myself and then, pff, Vinted closed the case and Mondial sent me away. And then I filled out the SignalConso form and they are involved with fraud and everything, and I was reimbursed. So it’s good when everything is fine, but in case of a dispute, the provider is pathetic. I’ll use Chronopost and Vinted, but I’ll drop off my package at a secure Centrakor, in front of the checkouts, but not in the parking lot. Shame on Mondial. And apparently, Mondial is being reprimanded for negligence. What’s the point of buyer protection fees if they don’t work? Pathetic. Good luck.
Yes, you should no longer go through them. I was reimbursed thanks to Signal Conso and Repression. Otherwise, between Vinted and Mondial Relay, they are in cahoots. Too many people, too much mess. Besides, I’m slowing down my purchases on this scam platform.
No issues on my end. Only the parcels to Ireland take a day or two to activate, but that’s been the case from the start.
I’m more bothered by pickup points being closed for holidays, and as a result, the lockers are often full.
Personally, I find the service quite reliable. Over the past year, roughly speaking, I must have sent around 2000 items with them. If I have 10 problematic parcels, that’s a lot. And even then, some are returns, so the product was recovered (so not a big deal in itself). Shop2shop and Relais Colis, fewer shipments but no more relative issues. La Poste, I only had one case that wasn’t delivered (but was recovered). Vinted Go has many more problems, but it’s been a bit better in recent months.
A small clarification, apart from one parcel lost by Relais Colis on Beebs, absolutely ALL problems have been with Vinted sales. None on eBay or LBC. So since there are more sales on Vinted, it’s logical that there are more problems, but relatively speaking, I should have had problems on the other platforms too. And I have no reason to give. Or perhaps the contracts with Vinted are really bad, and therefore they care less (and they probably don’t appreciate Vinted Go much either).
