Mondial Relay and Colissimo blockage on my account

Good evening,

I am from Haute Savoie and this week I discovered that the possibility of sending (and receiving) packages via Mondial Relay or Colissimo has been completely cut off for me. Is this the case where you are, or am I the only unlucky one?

I have had an account for 7 years but have been more active for about 1 month. It is clear that my sales have seriously boosted, but consequently, I wonder if Vinted has not decided to restrict me in recent days. What do you think? Have you had the same misfortunes, does this ring a bell? Can I do anything about it, like make a complaint? If so, where should I do it?

No problem on that front. Perhaps Mondial Relay is overloaded due to the holidays?
Regarding Colissimo, however, it’s strange since it’s a service linked to the post office…

I advise you to send a message to Vinted support for information on this change of shipping on your wardrobe. Vinted has no interest in restricting your shipping options…

Thank you for your response. I sent an email to support late this afternoon and apart from kicking out two disrespectful people in their messages about negotiations, I don’t see what could be the problem. I don’t know if some people on the platform have banned disrespectful buyers and it has backfired on them. So I can only think of that, but I don’t have any messages to that effect. And to echo Lucile’s response a bit, maybe both mentions aren’t working, as not long ago, someone wanted to buy an item from me, but there was no delivery method because the Mondial Relay or Vinted Go lockers were already full, same for the pickup points, all full, so maybe that’s it.

Otherwise, try contacting MR and Colissimo to find out.

And I don’t know if it could be this, but I don’t think so, like snowfall in your area, so the carriers told Vinted « please deactivate us in such a sector, because either we are overloaded, or the snow… Â»

I will wait patiently. However, do you have the platform’s email address because I sent an email and it bounced back as an error? Finding the contact details for this platform is just complicated, if not impossible.

Hello Lucile, thank you for this question. I received a response yesterday telling me I needed to go into the shipping settings and do what was necessary. Except I don’t have access and it’s on their end. I followed up to ask why I was blocked, which was already indicated in my first email. They responded irrelevantly, as usual. I’ll get back to you when I have an update. In any case, sales are focused on gifts and not so much on clothes, from my point of view. Have a nice day!

Hello everyone, so following up and the end. The Vinted staff replied to me that basically they had blocked Mondial Relay + La Poste because in my region everything was locked down. Strangely, I made a shipment to a customer on Tuesday via Mondial Relay and they are full but they are managing it well. Regarding La Poste, I said that their reason was fallacious and hid something else. In short, they take people for fools… Have a nice day everyone!

Thank you for confirming that I’m not the only one and I’m sorry for you. In fact, no, they haven’t done anything and only reply when they feel like it. I still have MR and La Poste that are blocked, I think it depends on the customer. I can’t think of anything else. It’s infuriating, but I’m waiting for the holidays to end to become more assertive. If you find a solution in the meantime, don’t hesitate to let me know, and I’ll do the same if it gets resolved on my end. Have a nice day!

It is indeed very inconvenient, but there has been no reply to my email expressing my surprise at the Post Office’s blockage. I think it will remain this way… without a response and without a real solution. It’s distressing! I’ll wait and see next week if anything develops. Have a nice day!

Hello, on my end, it’s impossible to get the Mondial Relay shipping slip. But there’s a QR code to scan from Vinted, which is a scam. Has the site been hacked? In the meantime, there’s no help from the Vinted article. I had to cancel the sale :frowning:

If you are talking about the same QR code as in your post, it is a Vinted go slip, it is not a scam.

Okay, but I wanted to print the shipping voucher from home. After scanning the QR code, I received the information « download Â». By clicking on download, I then had to send an SMS costing €4.50 to do it.
