For several weeks now, I’ve been experiencing shipping issues on Vinted: I can no longer buy because there’s usually only one shipping option, Chronopost, with a single drop-off point whose hours don’t suit my work schedule (even though there are at least 2 others near me!), or Vinted Go (which is tiny and always full, so I don’t take the risk). I don’t understand because I have 3 Mondial Relay lockers or stores nearby and Colis Privé drop-off points that are no longer offered by Vinted at all. I’ve written them many emails but always get the same answers, it’s going in circles! I currently have a package to send via Vinted Go, but I’ve been to the locker 12 times without ever finding a spot! Can you please help me?
I have sent several emails (legal@vinted.fr and support@vinted.fr) for several weeks to the 2 Vinted addresses I found, but the discussions are fruitless and the same answers keep coming back, namely change your shipping method, we can’t do anything… around me, no one has access to MR with Vinted anymore, even though we have access with other sellers. And apparently, it’s the same situation for miles around because even when I try to have items delivered more than 25 km away, no pickup point is offered! I think Vinted is over for me, I’ve had too many shipping and receiving problems lately!
Recently, a package was dropped off with proof of deposit (Chronopost) from the store and scanned in front of me, but no tracking on the website, no trace of the package which was noted as not sent! Sale canceled, buyer refunded, and I received no payment, no more package, several calls to the store, to Chronopost and emails to Vinted without any resolution of the problem so far! Everyone is passing the buck!
In short, all this is becoming far too complicated for what it is… too bad it worked so well until now!
Hello, I am also having the same problem. For a week now, it has been impossible to buy an item, the drop-off points are too far away. I don’t understand because until now it worked well with Chronopost since they were delivered to the post office, they still have the capacity to accept many packages but no Chronopost options are displayed anymore. As for Mondial Relay, they are all too far away, and yet there are lockers around me. I don’t understand because I live right in the center of a big city. I also contacted Vinted but they gave me a generic answer about capacity, blah blah blah… Have a good day.
