Problem with Vinted shipping labels

Hello,

Does anyone have a solution to my recurring Vinted package shipping problem from a few weeks ago, please? I live in a village with 2 Mondial Relay lockers, 1 Chronopost shop2shop drop-off point, 1 post office, and 1 Vinted Go drop-off point. For months, I had no issues, but for almost a month now, the labels generated by Vinted systematically redirect me outside my village! This applies to both Vinted Go and Chronopost shop2shop! I have to travel miles, and the opening hours of the new drop-off points I’m assigned are not very flexible! I ensure fast shipping the same day or the next day since I became a private seller on Vinted. For purchases made on Friday, it now pushes my shipping to Tuesday because most places are closed on Saturday and Monday. Do you know if for a Vinted Go label that I used to drop off at a local shop and that Vinted now sends me miles away to a pickup point with a Vinted Go label, I can’t continue to drop them off in my town at the initial drop-off point? The same applies to shop2shop? I cannot continue like this, and if I have to deactivate all my shipping methods, I might as well stop. I have already contacted Vinted 4 times about this, and their responses are irrelevant… Thank you for your answers! I wish you happy holidays!

As a seller, you can drop off the packages wherever you wish. I don’t understand the problem and I don’t know what your Vinted Go slips look like. Mine are just a QR code and a number; there is no mandatory drop-off point.

On the shipping labels that Vinted generates for me for Chronopost shop2shop, it always indicates an option to choose a parcel drop-off point, sometimes 2 or 3, and now these options force me to go far from home… The Vinted Go shipping labels have a QR code, but when I download the document, it tells me which shop or relay point to go to (I live in the countryside, maybe that’s the reason). When I called the Chronopost service about this, they informed me that Vinted has specific contracts with the different carriers and that they can’t do anything on their end, and Vinted replies that they are forced to work with the availability of carriers and relay points… I have almost no more Mondial Relay labels, except for items over 10 euros. It’s strange… but according to what you’re telling me, I can go anywhere. I’ll give it a try. I wish you happy holidays! …
