Vinted go shipping disappeared

I just noticed that my buyers only had 2 shipping options:

MondiaRelay or Colissimo.

Vinted Go no longer appears, regardless of the item size. This is annoying because it’s a cheaper shipping method. I don’t know how long this problem has been affecting my account. But I’ve noticed a drop in my sales for 4-5 days (very few or no sales on some days).

Chronopost, I deliberately unchecked it because it’s not very practical for me.

Are you experiencing the same problem?

No issues with the carrier on my end, everything is OK.
Is it possible that your Vinted Go pickup point is on holiday, or has it decided to stop the contract with Vinted? That would be a possibility for why you no longer see Vinted Go as a carrier if you no longer had any nearby.

No, that’s not it, because there are 2 lockers nearby. And above all, there is a physical drop-off point next to my house. It’s like a relay point. The shopkeeper accepts Vinted Go. No locker! It’s better, because they also handle Mondial Relay.

I think we’re all a bit in the dark regarding drop-off points/lockers. Frankly, nothing is very logical, I think. I’m speaking from experience too.

• On my end, I have all the carriers validated, yet… my Leclerc Drive, which also does Chronopost, is not available as an « open » drop-off point on Vinted, so it doesn’t appear. However, every week I drop off my packages, and they arrive safely.
• Same for my shopkeeper who used to do Mondial Relay, then stopped to do Vinted Go, and I discovered this week that he still takes Mondial Relay but is no longer displayed as a Mondial Relay point.

It’s incomprehensible… But, well, I don’t think we should try to understand.
