Good evening,
Since this weekend, Vinted has been forcing me to use Chronopost and Relais Colis for shipping. Usually, these are done via Go or Mondial Relay, and it’s impossible for me to change the shipping methods. I’ve missed sales because of this, as buyers refuse these shipping methods.
My daughter has the same issue, while one of my friends is not experiencing this problem.
I don’t understand why.
What can I do?
