Chronopost: what a disaster!

hello everyone.

for some time now on vinted, I no longer have the choice but to use chronopost to the detriment of relay colis and other mondial Relay…

however, most of my chronopost items are rerouted to other relay points than those I chose because chronopost decided so, even though it’s not the holiday season anymore.

I would like to know why, and especially if compensation is planned, it’s not a free service after all…

and what do you do? are there any solutions to avoid these reroutings?

I don’t understand how a package can get lost when it has a barcode. For me, this clearly points to theft.

As far as I’m concerned, I’m going to calm down or even stop using Vinted. We’ve already lost Relais Colis, Mondial Relay is losing speed despite the massive installation of lockers, only Chronopost remains with lost, stolen, or rerouted packages 50km away, this is no longer possible…

because they are sorted by hand.

At my place, Chronopost works very well. I’m delighted because I drop it off at the Post Office near my home and I don’t have to drive miles to find a locker. All of this must depend on the regions. When there’s a worm in the fruit, we think they’re all rotten.

the partnership between Relais Colis and Vinted is broken so it’s normal.

7 Chronopost parcels sent, 7 delayed, 10% I can accept, but 100% is no longer anecdotal.
