I have requested mediation from Fevad. The case has been accepted by Fevad, but there has been no response from Vinted yet.
Furthermore, I requested a copy of my data. The link provided by Vinted does not work. It always brings me back to the « your account is blocked » page.
I’m not an expert, but you could try contacting the CNIL to order Vinted to delete all your information.

I was already suspended for a month for a garment (not even luxury) that did not have an inner label, so they considered it suspicious (the label had simply been cut off).

They did something similar to me with a block where I was suspended for 14 days (new announcements) and they sent me messages like « sell more on Vinted ».

Hello, a friend of mine was blocked in the same way, she harassed Vinted with messages for 24 hours. They ended up unblocking her account. Apparently, message harassment works since another person who experienced this did the same and their account was also unblocked. This coincides with the start of my account suspensions. I came across the passive-aggressive message from the same period from someone complaining about a high price without making me an offer. I was content with blocking her… Once again, coincidence?
