Hello,
Here’s the situation: I received a permanent ban for commercial use of my « pro » account. Basically, like an idiot, I put everything up for sale without labels.
With the email addresses provided above, do you think I can get unbanned? Indeed, these were my own creations, no dropshipping or anything else, just creations that are also unique; I have only one copy of each.

What’s strange is that I made the same mistake as you at first and they « just » deleted the items that the robot must have spotted.

They are sticking to their position, it’s impossible to have a dialogue with them. Vinted is really a mess, especially when I see that many people sell exactly what I was selling as a professional.

They are abusing their power, I hope one day a consumer association will give them a piece of their mind.
I have formally requested them to send me my data, otherwise in a month I will report them to the CNIL.

Same for me, permanent block since yesterday… many emails, legal, DPO, online procedure, nothing works… this platform is really ridiculous. On one hand, it allows people to sell illegally with a huge wardrobe, others sell prohibited products, others sell Shein drops… and you, registered and professional, they block you for commercial sales!!! In short, fed up…
That’s not possible, it must be a bug since several people are in this situation… Isn’t the point of making commercial sales to be a professional seller…? I really don’t understand their reasoning. Did they give you any other arguments to justify the block?

1- I received no message twelve days earlier…
2- They are asking me to go Pro when I am already Pro…
For Vinted, « commercial sales » defines the act of sourcing large quantities from suppliers. Basically, they want professionals, but not too many.
So if I understand correctly, you shouldn’t exceed a certain turnover to stay under the radar? Pfff, you really see everything

Just Clemz for reposting but without really overdoing it, I was only reposting what I was selling… It’s following a dispute with a guy who annoyed me all day to get a price, I accepted and the next day he backed out saying the order wasn’t sent… and every time I was blocked, it was following that…
But they are so inconsistent with their bot…
The worst part is that you can’t do anything, it’s annoying…
Not necessarily a ceiling, but they use certain criteria to determine that. For example, if there are only new items or if the same item is present in different sizes or variations (like 30 times the same scarf but in different colors).
And yes, it’s a pain. That’s why I advise that when launching a wardrobe, you should first list everything that is second-hand to be worry-free afterward.

It might be a coincidence because I’ve had disputes before and wasn’t blocked for them. Were you modifying your listings before reposting them? Maybe they noticed you were reselling the same things, that’s the only possible explanation 
In any case, I totally understand your frustration. Not being able to get in touch with someone who takes your case seriously (not a robot, so ^^) must be VERY frustrating!
