Hello, like many here, I’m looking for answers because I was permanently blocked from Vinted 3 days ago for selling an item that didn’t comply with their rules… I found the item in question about 100 times online after 30 seconds of searching… anyway.
I’ve already had to send them about fifty emails with supporting documents, they say they are re-examining my request and for the same outcome.
I had over 450 positive reviews and I don’t want to lose my 200 listings online. So I’m going to fight and harass them to get it back.
Apart from that, for those who have succeeded in creating a new account, can you write to me in private message to discuss it please? Thank you in advance.

Hello! This happened to me last year too. I tried all the appeal channels: message on the platform, email to FR support, to other foreign support, registered letter to the headquarters, to a French branch, each time with a detailed explanation of my case. I was flagged for counterfeiting on a Patagonia because I hadn’t put all the labels on in time; and even though I attached proof in my appeal demonstrating that my item was not a counterfeit, I never received a response (apart from automated ones). I suspect Vinted didn’t even read the content of my appeal(s). So I had to wait for my account to be deleted (and no longer just blocked) before I could create a new one with my Kbis. It took several months…
But I think there are solutions. One of them could be to get in touch with someone from the headquarters, even better from the legal department. If you need help or have questions, don’t hesitate to message me privately.
Like you, I find Vinted’s blocking decisions a bit harsh. This is the second time I’ve had threats of being blocked on the grounds that I included a photo from the brand’s website of my clothing in my listing. I understand it even less as I see many sellers doing it.
Hello, same here… collectible coins.. received no warning except that they removed an ad yesterday for bogus reasons *incitement to hatred for a 1914 German coin and today my account was closed.. do you have a way to recover the account? Or to harass them? Same for me, 460 reviews, 100% and about a hundred ads online.. thank you
