My son’s account has been blocked following the sale of an item that was flagged as a counterfeit. However, he purchased it from the official website. He sent photos and invoices. They keep sending him the same message, I think it’s a bot. He tried again, clearly presenting the evidence, and now his account is permanently blocked. He can no longer even access his current orders.
It’s impossible to find contact details to reach Vinted.

As stated above, contact them via their email… It will be a real person and then patience because they are not very fast… don’t send multiple messages, it confuses them more than anything else, and also, no need to write a detailed novel because they don’t understand that either… use short, simple sentences with all the documents that will help prove your good faith
If you no longer have access to the account, I imagine it must be a permanent block?
In any case, it’s not a futile fight, but few manage to recover their accounts

If so, then you must systematically click on « continue the conversation » and after a while, you will finally get a human response.
However, if you contact them outside of Vinted via the email given above, it is « easier » to get a real answer, but it sometimes takes a little time.
I didn’t know they permanently blocked an account for a first « infraction »… Before, it was a first block of 3 days… Then a second of 15 days and if repeated, a permanent block.
This was his 2nd attempt. He was blocked for 15 days then a month. He tried again, highlighting the invoice from the official website, and then was blocked permanently. I think robots are doing this. Impossible to reach a human. He will try again via email otherwise. They also have a postal address but I doubt they read mail. This website is a disgrace, but it’s becoming more and more like this. Yes, it is unfortunate that they allow themselves to ban so expeditiously without humanly studying the case…. Blocked for that when we find accounts that deserve to be removed for much more important reasons
But there you go, for the handful of banned accounts and unhappy people there are thousands of new members so since they are no longer concerned about their reputation now… nothing to be done
