Hello, My son has his account permanently blocked due to an allegedly counterfeit item. He sent emails, proof of conformity, but to no avail. He wrote to Signal Conso, who put him in touch with Vinted, same response. Refusal to reactivate his account. He had many positive reviews. He wanted to create a new account but it was impossible on his phone, his IP was flagged, so he created one on his PC but his phone number was also banned. This treatment from Vinted is horrible. What else can be done?
Hello. Unfortunately, nothing! I’ve done everything too, SignalConso, FEVAD (mediator), emails to the directors and basic emails (legal, DPO…) and in addition, complaints on the app. The court is my last resort, but I don’t think it will be worth the trouble… It’s better to recreate an account, but that’s even more difficult than fighting, frankly!!!
