Account unlocked after permanent ban

Hello.

Here’s my situation:

My account (individual) has been permanently blocked. I appealed, and here’s everything I did to try and get unbanned.

  • Disputed the block with Vinted
  • 1st report to SignalConso (without photo)
  • 2 emails to the 2 Vinted addresses requesting a human verification to get unbanned.

Following this, nothing changed. Vinted told me I was permanently banned.

  • Sent messages to Vinted (2) on other topics to try and get a response.

  • 2nd report to SignalConso with evidence + mention of harassment before the block (my notes etc. that I had after downloading my data).

  • 2 emails to the 2 Vinted addresses mentioning: Article 111-1 of the Commercial Code, mentioning their obligations under the DSA, formal notice to sue before the CNIL if no response within 8 days.

All of this in about 2 weeks. I hope this helps those who have suffered an unfair block.

Good evening, same thing on my end except I didn’t do CNIL, but FEVAD, hoping for a response soon… and nothing changes, shameful Vinted.
