Hello everyone!

I’m getting back to you because I have several questions on the same topic: banned account…

I’ve been blocked from all activity since February 2026 (I’ve never been in such a situation) and nothing has worked (SignalConso, mediator / FEVAD etc…). I haven’t spammed Vinted’s various email addresses because I was afraid they would blacklist me in the end. And it’s always the same automatic response, even when a human takes over.

A friend told me they could create an account (their email, phone number, IBAN, name, etc.) and give me access to it. And other friends advised me to take the photos, and send them the descriptions, and they would handle the copy/pasting and selling, and I would handle the packing and dropping off, of course.

Should I spam the email addresses to try to get my old account back? (almost zero hope). Should I send the same email I sent almost 6 months ago? Or modify it since it’s been a while? Could I use my friend’s account but with my 4G? (not my internet box, obviously…) and if possible on one of my devices that already had Vinted?

Similarly for the photos, I can’t tell if using the same background could be detrimental to me; some say yes, others don’t advise against it…

I’ve been stuck with stock for months and LBC doesn’t work the same way, and don’t even get me started on flea markets…

Do you have any positive news? More recent experiences? :frowning:

What was the reason for your permanent ban?

For my part, permanent ban for counterfeiting or phishing or I don’t remember what

- → Regular emails for 3/4 weeks to several email addresses asking for my case to be reviewed by a human, providing proof of non-counterfeiting of the blocked item, photos from all angles, …

-> Opening requests in the app once a week because supposedly a response within 120 hours …

-> signalconso (consumer complaint platform)

In the end, I was unblocked, I don’t know what worked, but in any case, I didn’t give up

Also, since it was in February, you can request the deletion of your data after 6 months, so I think that’s another way to start from scratch

Hello!

Same pattern, counterfeiting… the buyer who confused a brand (or dishonest?)

I already had an « examination » by a supposed human, like SignalConso who gave feedback by email.

I don’t know if it would be wiser to go through my friends, but given that they can ban if they see the metadata of photos sent from the phone with which I was banned. Vinted applies totalitarian measures that are really not consistent with their policy, but oh well…
