Hello, for several weeks now I have no longer had access to the many relay points in my city regardless of the service (vintedgo, mondiale relais, relais colis..). I have the same problem when I try to enter another city. See photo to see what it looks like. Only a few relay points are offered to me, very far from my home, even though there are many more in the city and its surroundings, and that they are still working since others are able to receive and send packages from there. I have not deactivated any services, I have tried to re-enter the name of my usual relay points, without success. I even tried to create a new account and that didn’t change anything. I don’t know what to do anymore and I would like to buy gifts for my family!
There is apparently a big bug for some people and the pickup points. I have already missed a few sales because of this, people couldn’t find any pickup points
and the shipping costs were very high (« obligation » therefore to use UPS or DPD) …
I saw on a FB group that the problem seems quite recurrent, I hope it will be fixed quickly ![]()

I once had an explanation from Vinted customer service.
Pickup points that have reached a quota of « Vinted parcels » in stock disappear from the app. They reappear when enough Vinted parcels have been collected. Usually at the end or beginning of the day.
And generally, only VintedGo remains available, because it is the least requested carrier.

Good evening, I’ve had this problem in the center of Toulouse for 15 days: no lockers available, no carriers, so I can’t buy anything. Since there are only lockers in the center, it obviously restricts the flow. I reported it to Vinted and after their usual « everything is done » message, they just replied « a temporary block or bug in the synchronization of carriers with the platform for your area. » I called Mondial Relay because they lost a package for me, and I took the opportunity to ask them; the block isn’t coming from them. I went to the post office because Chronopost is convenient for me; the block isn’t coming from them either. Vinted Go lost 3 packages for me, so I avoid them, and even if they did, they don’t even appear anymore. With this, we won’t get far.
It’s crazy this problem if it doesn’t come from the carriers.
If each person affected, seller and buyer, reports it by email and messaging… Vinted will be able to look into it in detail, especially… since they are also losing out in the story, it means fewer sales for them ![]()

The first available pickup points are in the distant suburbs. I do not have this problem on other sites (Leboncoin no problem). How can I report this to Vinted?

I am encountering the same problem. I have sent several messages to Vinted, but according to them, the issue is not on their end but with others. Vinted’s customer support has no intention of doing anything despite my repeated follow-ups. Because of their incompetence, I am missing out on many sales.

I think rather that the pickup points are unavailable because they are overloaded. A few days ago, a woman in front of me had about ten packages to post, so when it was my turn, there was no more space. Companies like MR will have to set up more lockers or re-examine the pickup points with retailers.

Problem still relevant. It’s a disaster in Lyon since December as far as I’m concerned. Too bad as long as it’s not fixed I’ll favor other platforms that don’t have this problem. Normally there are a lot of options available near me.
For me, the two main problems I encounter are the extremely high UPS fees for packages over 130cm sent abroad: €200 for shipping costs… and also many potential buyers do not have the purchase button appearing on the listings. I manage to fix this by changing the category of my item.
