Service point relay not available, nowhere in France, although available before

I don’t think your answer is suitable.

I live in the 74 department and there are no MONDIAL RELAY pickup points available in the entire region. There are some in neighboring regions, but not in mine.

Also, for Chronopost (if the seller has activated it), I do see pickup points but not in my town, even though there are some.

And for other services, nothing is available either, neither Vinted Go, nor Relais Colis, etc.

So either VINTED is boycotting my region or they have a very big internal problem.

No response from customer service.
