Hello, I dropped off my Vinted Go and Mondial Relay packages this afternoon.
With these 2 carriers, the customer is usually notified instantly that the package has been sent.
However, today, nothing. The order status is still not updated and customers are contacting me to ask when their package will be shipped.
Only 2 Mondial Relay packages have had their status updated to « shipped » as of this moment.
Are you experiencing this problem as well? Thank you.
Same on my end, I dropped off 11 Vinted Go packages and three Mondial Relay packages at 1 p.m. The Mondial Relay packages immediately showed as shipped, but still nothing for the Vinted Go packages at the moment.

I am experiencing the same problem. I shipped a package to a locker yesterday and have not received a notification.
Same here. I dropped off 3 packages yesterday (Vinted Go Mondial Relay and Chronopost) and none of the three have updated since yesterday.
La Poste was hacked yesterday and Vinted also seems to be bugging since last night with order updates (is it related?!).
2 packages dropped off yesterday at 5 p.m.: Chronopost OK but still no status update for Mondial Relay shipping.
- EDIT - MR updated just now, upon arrival of the package at the sorting center: 11:34 a.m. lol
Nothing from my side yet for the three packages..

Customers are worried…
On my end, none of the packages sent yesterday morning or noon via Vinted Go or Mondial Relay have been updated yet.
Try sending a message to the buyer to confirm that the package has been dropped off, but that Vinted has not yet updated the status.
When the order update is difficult: it activates the Vinted bots and updates my order within a few hours…

This is actually quite worrying because the packages I just dropped off today were scanned in instantly.
It just came back up for MR and VG too, phew.
On the other hand, I just saw that my Chronopost shipments haven’t been updated.

On my end, the chrono was updated correctly, but not the mondial relais..

Hello, this happened to me during a purchase with Vinted Go, the shipping status was never notified, so I received nothing, admittedly I was refunded. But it’s very unpleasant, so when someone places an order with me, I ask them to prioritize Mondial Relay, with which there are never any problems. there you go!!
Everything returned to normal (MR, Vinted Go, Chronopost) yesterday late afternoon.
