Refund of return shipping costs

Hello

A buyer reported a broken ring 24 hours after receiving it. I really wonder how she did it. I think she really did it on purpose. Since I don’t want to give her my jewelry for free at all, I paid for the return shipping.

If she doesn’t send it back within the deadline, will the amount I paid for the return be deducted from the amount that should be refunded to her, or will Vinted refund me?

If the return transaction does not occur, you will be fully refunded.

Yes, but who reimburses the return costs that I pay for nothing then?
The buyer must be amused if she loses nothing.

They are deducted from a partial refund, so as long as she doesn’t send, you don’t pay.
