I don’t know about you, but around my place it’s a disaster. Out of 5 « lockers », 4 are unavailable, so the last one is always overloaded. You’d have to stand guard next to the lockers to watch people pick up their packages and hope to get a spot.
I’d like to stop using MR, but it’s the default on Vinted. You have to drive miles to drop off your package. The same goes for purchases. My last one was delivered an hour’s drive from my home, so it was sent back. I’m advised to send someone if I can’t go myself.
It’s a shame for the seller who lost a sale.
I think MR made a mistake by removing partner merchants.
Clearly yes, they are doing a shitty job. The drop-off points are disappearing, but there are no more lockers… Now I have to run to other cities to drop off packages. This applies to both Vinted go and Mondial relay. They are the two carriers I would like to get rid of. I think they make too much money and have too much work to afford to make their customers struggle. For now… In the short term it’s good, in the long term it will hurt them.
No problem on my end, the drop-off points are the same as a year ago. Near me, I have 3 MR lockers, 3 VintedGo lockers, and 2 shops, one of which is a Vinted Go + MR combo. And one of the VG lockers is at the post office, a combo with Colissimo.
I have a Vinted return package, the provided code does not work. It used to be convenient, Mondial Relay used to handle it. Is anyone else having the same issue??
hello - I spent yesterday afternoon trying to ship a package. After scanning the barcode, the system opened a locker that was already occupied. I cancelled to try again and the same locker opened. I decided to go to another location, but the code was not recognized. So I called Mondial Relay, who told me to go back to the first location and call them back, which I did. After exchanging with Matt the robot each time, who directed me to a human, and having to explain again, give all the codes again, etc., she told me she would open a locker, which she couldn’t do. Then she declared that she could do nothing because the package had already been picked up by the carrier!!! Then she advised me to try elsewhere, so I returned to the other location again, which didn’t recognize the package. Finally, I decided to go home with my package. I don’t need to tell you the state of nervousness I was in, the time lost, the gasoline consumed, all for 5 euros.
Once I got home, I called MR again, who asked me to contact Vinted. After exchanging in French and English with the help of robots, they advised me to request a cancellation of the order and relist the item.
Honesty doesn’t pay, because I could have taken the package from the occupied locker, placed mine in it, and that would have been it.
It’s annoying, I also wasted fuel, I also have a customer who received an unrecognized code, it’s a mess, Vinted doesn’t respond or responds completely off-topic!
I have another issue with Mondial Relay. I wish to print labels via Clemz (on Yandex), but Clemz does not see the shipping slip and only gives me the one from the other carrier.
In the history of the already occupied locker, wouldn’t the simplest thing have been to remove the package already present and slip yours in, and let whoever had left their package deal with the problem?
and what would I have done with the package?? Taken it with me?? Left it at the foot of the lockers in a not-very-frequented alley?? No wonder some buyers never receive their merchandise.
Regarding this, do you have a screenshot please? I’m not sure I understand the problem you’re experiencing.

Like you, within a 3 km radius, I have 4 MR lockers plus a store drop-off, 4 Vinted go lockers + a store, 3 DPD drop-offs in stores, a DHL store, and 3 Post Offices. One of the advantages of the city, but there are other disadvantages, like the price for storage.
