Colissimo delivery issue and Vinted blockage

Hello everyone, my son sold a Meta Quest on Vinted. The item was sold and sent. Problem: the QR code must have been scanned incorrectly because the package was returned to him. He had to cancel the sale (on Vinted’s advice) and relist the item. The Meta Quest sold again and the package was sent again. New problem: the QR code was impossible to scan at the post office. The sale was canceled again :roll_eyes:, but finally, the Colissimo employee managed it before the package was collected from the post office. My son informed the buyer, but in the end, Vinted suspected a scam and blocked his account. Finally, the package arrived at the buyer’s (Colissimo tracking proves it), but since the account is blocked, the money hasn’t arrived. My son contacted Vinted, and the case will be reviewed :thinking: What are his options for getting his money back? Thank you for your answers.
