I recently started selling on Vinted. Everything was working very well (listing items, sending packages, transferring money from my wallet to my bank account, etc.) until April 17, 2025. I can no longer log in, which means I can’t transfer money from my wallet. I’m disgusted. I sold items, including a Caroll dress that I paid a lot for for my daughter’s wedding. My buyers paid, I sent the packages, they were received, and now my money is blocked. I had confirmed sales that I couldn’t follow through on. I can’t communicate. I receive emails, but I can’t log into my account.
Vinted asked me to perform some actions, but I can’t do them because I can’t access my profile. I’m going in circles. I just want to get my money back and close everything. Has anyone gotten out of this situation? I’m being treated like a fraudster when Vinted is holding my money. Thank you in advance for your advice on how to get out of this predicament.
