I’m posting here because I have an issue with my Vinted account and would like to get your feedback or similar experiences.
My account was recently blocked, and on top of that, my wallet is also blocked, with around €300 pending. Vinted accuses me of selling « counterfeit » items, but that’s not the case. These are items I obtained through brand collaborations, so they might not be common, but everything is 100% authentic.
I understand they might be suspicious, but I find it unfair to block my money without even giving me a real explanation or letting me prove my good faith.
Have any of you experienced this before? Can the wallet be unblocked even if the account remains blocked? Have you managed to recover your money?

So yes, you can try to defend yourself and prove your good faith to support, but let me tell you… You will need strong nerves and a lot of patience and perseverance… And on top of that, it doesn’t always work.

Keep your sentences simple and attach everything that can prove that your items are authentic
Don’t make 50 requests at the same time, otherwise it will take even longer
How do you know that your account is permanently blocked? Is it written in their message?
Regarding your wallet… What do you mean by « pending »?
If transactions are in progress, they follow their process and the money will be credited as usual upon validation… However, I don’t know if transfers are possible… But you can also ask Vinted about it.
