Have you tried contacting Vinted? Normally, it seems to me that the wallet should remain accessible… Does anyone else have the answer?

I have the same problem, they blocked my account and it’s impossible to access my Vinted wallet when there’s over €300 in it.
Last message before you blocked me on the messaging app, I’m now in discussion with Mangopay and if no solution is found, I’ll be forced to file a complaint because I don’t see any other solution.
