Hello, I currently have a balance of approximately €3,200 in my Vinted account, with a total turnover of around €3,800.
However, for some time now, I have been unable to make payments or transfer the money to my bank account.
Can you tell me why my access to the funds is blocked and what I need to do to resolve this issue?
