For 15 days now, my transfers from my wallet to my bank account have been « failing. » This has never happened to me before, my verification is clean, the account hasn’t changed in 10 years, my ratings and transactions are also fine… I don’t understand. And customer service has been stringing me along for 15 days, not clearly telling me where the problem lies…
Am I the only one in this situation? Or are they having issues with their payment partner? Thank you for your help!
