Unable to make a transfer from the wallet

Hello everyone,

Since at least yesterday, I’ve been having a problem with Vinted: I can no longer transfer money from my wallet to my bank account.

The app asks me to verify my bank account by sending me an SMS. I receive the code, enter it, and it validates, but the verification request loops back without anything changing. The process repeats indefinitely.

I should mention that I had never had this request before, so I suspect a recent update is the cause of the problem.

I also tried to change my IBAN to see if that could resolve the situation, but again, I get a server error.

Are any of you experiencing the same problem?

It works in small installments of €400.

In this case, it might not be a Vinted bug but a security measure to prevent the entire wallet from being stolen during hacks. Vinted had an issue with this some time ago.

Yes, I have the same problem and I can’t solve it. They keep asking me for the same things. It’s a robot responding, I’m disgusted.
