Vinted account blocked and unable to log in

I am currently having a problem with Vinted and logging into my account!
My account has been permanently blocked. I had money pending in my wallet, over €250, and I can’t log into my account with my credentials! So I can’t access my wallet or their messaging.
I sent an email to legal@vinted.es and reported it to consumer protection.
Has anyone else had the same experience? Please, and how did you manage to log back into your account because even if it’s blocked, you should still have access to messaging and your wallet, but that’s not the case for me.

What justification is given for blocking the account? If it’s a criminal offense, things are going to get complicated…

Personally, I never leave more than 20 euros in a platform’s wallet.

At least Vinted allows you to withdraw funds whenever you want. Rakuten only accepts outgoing transfers once a week, and I systematically empty the wallet. They blocked all transfers for four months last year when I wanted to enter a new bank account number.

According to them, it’s just unauthorized sales. I sell vintage items, so my account was blocked. People didn’t receive their packages, which is why I have this amount in my wallet, otherwise I would regularly empty it! But from there to not being able to log in anymore…
