Chronopost issue purchase marked as delivered when it is not

Hello, for 2 weeks I’ve had a problem with Chronopost. My purchases arrive at the Chronopost relay point and 2 or 3 hours later they are marked as delivered on Vinted but not on the Chronopost tracking.

Any explanation? I have to file a dispute every time…

Sometimes it happens to me, or it says delivered by Chronopost but not yet on Vinted.
Usually, it updates a few hours later and it never affects my sales closings.
