There must have been a handling error during the deposit. Tracking should be back in order within a few hours/days. If this is not the case, contact the carrier to explain the situation
So, I’ve had this happen several times, and it’s usually the opposite: they make a mistake that causes the package to be marked as received right away. There are two possibilities here. Either it doesn’t leave the drop-off point, and you’ll quickly get a message that the package is available. Or it has left, will go to a sorting center, and then return to a drop-off point. It has happened that Chronopost delivered directly to my home.
