No shipping label with Chronopost - Resolved

My Chronopost shipping label creation seems to be blocked since last night, I haven’t received it by email either, and I’m still waiting for the option to download it. Has anyone else encountered this situation before? This is the first time it has happened to me in 3 years.
I don’t know if I should ask the customer to cancel and reorder

Yes, it has happened before that the label takes a few extra hours/days. If you haven’t received anything by this afternoon, contact Vinted support to let them know?
Is this the only one you can’t get, or are there others?

Unfortunately, that’s my only sale from yesterday :joy:.

Except that I don’t have the impression that others are having the same problem, which should be the case if the problem really came from Chronopost.
