I sold an item yesterday (Easter Sunday) and since then, the DHL shipping label has been stuck on « Shipping label creation: You don’t need to do anything. We’ll let you know when the label is ready. »
It’s been over 20 hours now and still nothing. No error is displayed, just the waiting message. I contacted Vinted support, who told me it’s a technical problem and they can’t give me a precise timeframe.
I’m wondering if it’s related to the Easter weekend (Sunday + Monday holiday) and if DHL’s systems were running slowly. Has anyone else experienced this issue right now or in the past?
The buyer is understanding for now, but it’s a high-value sale, so I’d like it to be resolved quickly.
