I just sold a bag and cannot generate the shipping label. This has happened 3 times now. The last time, I had to cancel the sale 3 times for it to work. Support tells me each time that it’s a technical issue, but there’s no change within 24 or even 48 hours. The message appears when I click « generate shipping label, » and it shows: « There was a problem. Shipping label issuance failed. Please try again later. »

With Mondial Relay and even UPS, on a sale of over 1000 euros, it’s tricky, especially since I rushed to send the package haha. Support told me that I wasn’t the only one with this issue and that they were working on a fix, but I feel like it’s a standard response unfortunately. They then suggested I wait 48 hours and if it doesn’t work, cancel and restart the sale. The first time I just waited 24 hours and the second time, every 24 hours I had to cancel to restart. Honestly, I’m lost.
