Problem generating statement

For the second time in a few days for the same product, I’ve had trouble generating the shipping label (see image). The first time, the buyer chose DHL, which didn’t work. I canceled the sale and relisted as suggested by Vinted, and again, the same buyer, this time with MR, had the same result. I don’t think it’s an address issue because we both have other recent transactions. Have you encountered this and found a solution? I didn’t want to ask the buyer to cancel and try again too many times, especially since it’s for a significant amount and they have to wait to be refunded each time.

It’s happened to me 3 or 4 times, it always ended up happening. It lasted a long time, hours, each time a different delay, once 4h, once 8h, the others I don’t remember

Hello, this has happened once or twice a few months ago, and indeed, the creation of labels happens a few hours later without any issues.

Still no luck unfortunately. It’s been 21 hours already. I have contacted Vinted and am awaiting a response.

Hi Ric, I have the same problem with a DHL shipment on Vinted right now. It’s been about 20 hours. Did you end up receiving the shipping label?

Hi Thib, it’s been about 48 hours, I think, and I haven’t received anything. No response from support either. I’m thinking about canceling or waiting until tomorrow. I’ve informed the seller.

Thank you, I hope so too for you. I believe DHL is closed on weekends and holidays. And perhaps for large orders, human verification is necessary. Is your order for a large amount?

Over 1,000 euros. It’s indeed possible that it’s linked to the long weekend. What’s more, with me, it was first with DHL then MR.

ok me too, so that reassures me, I think there is a Vinted check in the backend that is only on business days. At least that’s my theory

A helper told me it’s due to an error in my address, yet it’s correctly entered.

So they asked you to cancel and re-publish, or what? I already did it once, but I don’t want to do it a second time; the seller certainly won’t want to charge their card 3 times the amount.
