For the second time in a few days for the same product, I’ve had trouble generating the shipping label (see image). The first time, the buyer chose DHL, which didn’t work. I canceled the sale and relisted as suggested by Vinted, and again, the same buyer, this time with MR, had the same result. I don’t think it’s an address issue because we both have other recent transactions. Have you encountered this and found a solution? I didn’t want to ask the buyer to cancel and try again too many times, especially since it’s for a significant amount and they have to wait to be refunded each time.
It’s happened to me 3 or 4 times, it always ended up happening. It lasted a long time, hours, each time a different delay, once 4h, once 8h, the others I don’t remember
Hi Thib, it’s been about 48 hours, I think, and I haven’t received anything. No response from support either. I’m thinking about canceling or waiting until tomorrow. I’ve informed the seller.
Thank you, I hope so too for you. I believe DHL is closed on weekends and holidays. And perhaps for large orders, human verification is necessary. Is your order for a large amount?
So they asked you to cancel and re-publish, or what? I already did it once, but I don’t want to do it a second time; the seller certainly won’t want to charge their card 3 times the amount.
