Package sent via Chronopost

Hello! I sent a package via e chronopost yesterday and I haven’t received a confirmation email to track the package. I called chronopost who see that the package is being prepared at my place… Should I wait without stress? I don’t have proof of shipment as a result.

Yes, sometimes tracking can take a few hours/days to update, and when it’s scanned again somewhere, you’ll get the information. But did the person not scan your package at its departure?

Hello, I have the same problem, except that my package has been deposited for 6 days now and according to the pickup point lady, the package left the same day but there is no tracking. What can I do?

Contact the carrier and ask them to open an investigation because the package status is not moving :slightly_smiling_face:
6 days is starting to be a long time for this.
