Hello, I dropped off my package at the relay point a week ago, and it was scanned in front of me. I haven’t received any emails or messages informing me that the package had been scanned. I went back to the relay point, and they assured me that packages left every day and that they no longer had my package. I contacted Chronopost and Vinted, but I haven’t been offered any solution other than to refund the buyer (€150). What can I do, as I have no idea where my package is at the moment, and will I be able to get a refund?

When you go to the carrier tracking, what does it say?
Do you have the option to extend the shipping deadline on your transaction?
Did you click on « package sent »?
No, on the tracking it indicates that I printed the label and nothing else. On the carrier’s tracking, it indicates the same thing. Indeed, I had the possibility to extend the shipment of the package and I confirmed that I had indeed sent the package.
Well… let’s hope that by clicking on « package sent »… the tracking activates… I wish you that because yes, otherwise it will be complicated.
