I sold an item in November, and sent it via Chronopost. The recipient did not pick it up. The item was therefore returned, but remained in the Chronopost warehouse for a month before being returned to the pickup point (???). At that point, I managed to get a photo of the package from the manager: the label had been modified by Chronopost and no longer contained any information about me: therefore, it’s impossible for the package to be returned to me!
I contacted Vinted several times because they are the Chronopost customer.
In the end, I never got my package back; it’s in a Chronopost warehouse, and Vinted is telling me that I’m not getting any refund, compensation, or anything at all…
How can I get my package back?

Hello, yes several times. The answer is that Vinted has to do it because Vinted is the Client.
But here is Vinted’s response
It’s surprising because I had a similar problem with Mondial Relay and after a while, Mondial Relay reimbursed Vinted, who then reimbursed me.
