Many incomprehensible package problems on Vinted

Hello everyone

I’m having major problems with Vinted.

  1. Sent packages are marked as not sent. I’m losing money. The item is sent. The buyer is refunded. And I lose my item and get no money.

  2. Package tracking on Mondial Relay: it says I’m blocked by Mondial Relay when I click on it.

  3. I can no longer delete finalized sales and purchases between individuals.

  4. A package was sent 357 km away from my home.

"Are you having the same problems, please? This is all too frustrating.

  1. I’m going to pick up a Chronopost package, and they tell me it’s impossible to retrieve the package because there are too many due to the malfunction after the update.
