What do you mean by « blocked »? They are enabled by default for everyone, and mandatory. That is why they are grayed out. You cannot disable them.

However, I still had some sales with MR shipping, but it was abroad (Belgium, Italy). As if Vintedâs system hadnât disabled MR for buyers located outside of France.
In any case, this has a significant impact on sales. Buyers have their habits; if the app sends them miles away from their usual drop-off point, they go elsewhere.
MR has returned to France. I have received orders via MR again since yesterday.

Mondial Relay is activated by default, can you provide a screenshot of your shipping methods to check?
Mondial Relay appears as authorized in Settings/Shipping.
However, for a buyer viewing my listings, it is not offered.
PS: two minutes later, I have an order with MR shipping. Hypothesis: the shipping option is only offered based on the buyerâs location and therefore on the presence or absence of VintedGo.
