I’ve had a big problem with Vinted for about ten days.
I’ve had several orders with Vinted Go. The problem is that the lockers are constantly full, especially for size M.
I met a courier who was dropping off packages in a locker. As it was full, he offered to scan and take my packages directly.
The status update took almost five days. So, in the meantime, I contacted Vinted. They told me it was normal, that updates could take several days. Then, without warning, they suspended the transaction. Except that in the meantime, the tracking had activated and the package was indeed on its way to the buyer.
The package arrived at the pickup point yesterday. But Vinted simply canceled the sale last night. So I’m left with nothing and the buyer can now get the clothes and her refund. I’m trying in vain to get the decision overturned, but they won’t listen. I have screenshots and the tracking number which clearly shows that the package has arrived.
What can I do? I’m really desperate and I really don’t understand this lack of cooperation from Vinted, especially since it’s their own courier…
