Vinted Go: Carrier forces locker to retrieve package!

After dropping off my package in a Vinted Go locker on May 31, I had the pleasure of observing a remarkable logistical performance: as of June 13, the tracking still showed exactly the same status. A true monument to stability.

After several attempts to communicate with Vinted’s virtual assistant, whose answers seemed carefully designed not to answer any of my questions, I resigned myself to returning to the drop-off location and contacting telephone support.

It was then that I discovered the whole story: the carrier had never managed to retrieve the package. After almost fifteen days of waiting, it was finally necessary to force the locker door to retrieve my own package, thus transforming a simple shipment into an adventure mixing investigation, suspense, and locksmithing.

This is completely insane. Thanks for sharing this adventure, it made my evening :rofl:
