I received a counterfeit item, but when I tried to report the issue to the seller, I found that they were blocked, making it impossible to communicate with them!
I have reported the counterfeit item to Vinted, who may take up to 48 hours to process the issue.
My questions, please:
Is there anything else I can do?
If the seller is paid after 2 days, will Vinted refund me for being scammed with this counterfeit item?
