Yes, for a while now. I got Abby because it’s free and I use it to do the invoices (for what I haven’t automated yet).

I always keep an eye on taxes and other things reminding me that the deadline is fast approaching.

Especially since on Vinted, I find its use very vague. As invoicing is mandatory for professionals, but personally, no client has asked me for an invoice. For e-reporting, I can understand the interest in tracking to avoid VAT fraud. Knowing that Vinted does not refund VAT to the state, it is we professional sellers who must do it.
Personally, I already have a DIY invoicing tool. But for e-reporting (electronic invoicing), I will try to find a « clean » company just to do that.
Because in reality, WHAT ABOUT USER DATA? Personal address… types of purchases… we look at your sales..
But well, I don’t think this system will be abolished quickly.

So, first off, you don’t need to worry about customer invoices (for now); electronic invoicing is for transactions between French companies.
It seems to me I read that for e-reporting, the data transmitted was quite basic. But frankly, it might as well be directly asking the platforms to transmit a sales summary. Especially with the payment of URSSAF contributions deducted at source, it’s really adding work for very little gain.

So, I found a pretty good software called Henri. It’s free, but there are also paid plans.
From what I understood about the reform, as a Vinted seller, we engage in B2B but with individuals. It’s simple, direct selling between individuals. Even if you are considered professional in yourself.
However, if you sell goods in large quantities to another company, then you fall under the scope of electronic invoicing.
To summarize:
- We engage in individual-to-individual sales on Vinted, no problem, no electronic invoicing, only a monthly e-report of your turnover to the tax authorities.
- You engage in B2B with supplier X or Y, mandatory electronic invoicing and mandatory use of the platform.
I leave it to you to check thoroughly for those concerned by case 2.

The B2B here is not the classic B2B, it’s just a way of saying that it’s a sale between individuals, I can’t modify the message after publishing it

Like you, I took abby, but I haven’t looked yet at what these electricity bills are.
neither do I, I haven’t had one yet. The suppliers don’t seem to be in a hurry to switch, they keep sending me PDFs. I think they must be worried that the customers aren’t ready and that it will cause them to lose orders.
From my side, for an activity unrelated to Vinted, I chose Qonto, which was already my bank. I haven’t had the chance to test it yet.
